You can save a tarantula's life by quickly applying superglue onto the crack on its abdomen, if it has received one.

>dies the next time it molts because the glue seeped in and fused layers of its exoskeleton together, which causes it to rupture its abdomen once again when it slips out of the old skin

>Super glue
Don't do this. Your best bet is to apply cornstarch to the wound. In order to perform this action, capture the T, put it in the freezer for 10-15 seconds (this action serves as a way to put the T to 'sleep') then sprinkle the cornstarch onto the wound.

This isn't a 100% guaranteed fix. Hemolymph doesn't clot like our blood does, so chances are the T could still 'bleed' out even after the cornstarch method.
