They can easily get hyperobese in captivity more than likely cause its at a farm, hence where picrel stems from.

True fact: the only evidence for feathers in raptors is from china. "Quill knobs" have been found in animals we KNOW don't have feathers such as Concavenator. Darren Naish has even said he's found them on mammal bones and the LEGS of theropods.

We know they have feathers.

Also, dromaeosaurids are indisputably nestled within the group that gave rise to birds and their closest relatives (Ornithomimids, Oviraptorids, Aves, Therizinosaurs, etc.) who all have feathered representatives.

Speaking of therizinosaurs, i really want to know the feather situation with Therizinosaurus itself because it is the same as T. rex. An animal that evolved from small feathered ancestors but turned into a giant multi-ton monster. I bet a lot of reconstructions are heavily overfeathered

Tyrannosaurs did not evolve from a small feathered ancestor. No dinosaur did. The only ones that even have plausible deniability are the coelurosaurs, which despite online idiocy does not include every fucking theropod you've ever heard of. It's mostly a cluster of random animals like Alvarezsaurs, Ornithomimosaurs, Oviraptorosaurs, Therizinosaurs, Dromaeosaurs and a token few other critters. Tyrannosaurs are not on that list.

To this day the only dinosaurs outside of china or mongolia with feathers (supposedly) are Archaeopteryx and Ornithomimus and there's even some funny shit going on with Ornithomimus.

No there isn’t. You keep saying this but can’t even begin to describe what you mean. It’s just that you don’t want to accept that something with feathers could exist outside China and be more distantly related to birds than maniraptorans

That doesn't really mean anything. Maniraptora is a fake cladist "classification" if you can even call it that. Literally not ONE dinosaur outside of china or mongolia has feathers except the two named genera (and the probably synonyms of Archaeopteryx).

You still didn’t describe what you meant. But given you think a genus of mostly Oligocene/Miocene palm trees is the true identity for the feathers of the middle Jurassic kulindadromeus I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. If your argument is “it doesn’t look right to me” when you never examined it in person and know fuck all about the subject then you should consider suicide
