Call the police for her, even if you’re not Australian you can give them enough evidence from talking to her online that they at least perform a welfare check, which would probably lead to his arrest.

The people who hate animal abusers are common on the board, clearly because it's an animal appreciation board. But that doesn't mean that everyone here is an animal lover.
