People were in communication with it, like it was a movie in the theater or it was an expedition on a distant planet.
Then it showed a city on the waters at the edge of the world. The curvature of the planet turned extreme there and all ships would spiral into the gigantic whirlpool beyond and get smashed upon the rocks. A giant statue of a horned woman stood in the whirlpool. Her eyes would occasionally wander, then she would grab a rock, throw it at a man, then eat him. It was advised to not lock eyes with her wandering gaze. One man suddenly got gas so bad that he exploded into flames and I became fearful, since he was near me in the ruins.

Seemed like a Jurassic Park thing/alien planet. Shown on screen in a dark room. Communication seemed more like a phone call, but this might be reading too much into it idk
