why are people such fucking leeches? why is everybody so fucking unwilling to take literally 10 minutes out of their day to help you? no i'm not talking about like feeding a homeless guy or something, i'm talking about doing a tiny little favor to somebody that you've known your entire life, somebody that would instantly do anything for you, and you can't take 10 fucking minutes out of your day to do something that won't even cost you anything. literally nobody cares about me. i would fucking die for some people and they can't take 10 minutes out of their day to help me out, and no they are not fucking busy, they have literally nothing going on, they simply can't be arsed. like i just wanna cut ties with every single fucker in my life. i don't know what more i could possibly do to be a person that somebody cares about.

i needed a new phone and something was wrong with my card, idk what, and i couldn't purchase it myself, so i asked them to purchase it for me and i would just send them the money. and this is somebody i talk with basically every other day, it's not a trust issue or anything. and they accepted it but it took them 2 whole days to get around to making a simple purchase on amazon when they could've spent literally 5 minutes and do it the moment i asked for it.

People generally want to be helped without helping back. It's just a natural thing like being a bit greedy here and a bit lazy there.
In my 20s I've helped a lot of people without getting much at all in return. People cut contact with me and in retaliation I did that with most of my remaining "friends" and became a loner. I hated the idea that to have people be friendly to me and such, I always had to help out and do favors, so nowadays I only do what I'm paid to do and expectedly, I don't get a lot of praise. Praise alone didn't make me happy.
