>>937387751The Gnostics were heretics to the early church. I do not recommend that you follow in their footsteps. The early church fathers spoke against them.
>>937387810It is better that I encourage people to follow the truth than to not tell anybody the truth at all. Having faith can be difficult, as I have long known, but it is possible to maintain it. We are encouraged in the New Testament to run our race, completing it, rather than stopping. We must persevere to reach the finishing line. Our goal is to glorify God as his followers. In turn, we gain a place in the world to come, the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, and he will physically and spiritually reign for the ages to come. For now, the Kingdom of Christ is largely spiritually, comprising those who are called Christians, particularly authentic Christians who abide in faith to follow the Lord, and do not lose their way in apostasy and do not veer too far into any particular heresies. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. You have the free will right now to accept the Lord drawing you closer to him and accepting his will, versus that of the fallen human nature, which manifests in abundant wrongdoings, which could only be forgiven by Jesus Christ.
