Yup, and a lot of other countries in the EU jumped on the train as well, there were a lot of stores that stopped stocking them after the Danish started claiming the noodles had enough capsaicin to induce acute capsaicin poisoning/lethat dosages, which would take 3.2 grams of PURE (16,000,000 scovilles btw) capsaicin for someone that is around 70 kilograms, for comparison you would have to eat 370 grams of pure carolina reaper powder for the same effect.
Highly unrealistic amounts anyways and nobody has ever actually died because of capsaicin poisoning, mainly because it would be impossible to eat that much without getting absolutely fucked up and having to stop before you get too far into it.
