I've lost 25 pounds since January. All I did was change my diet and habits a little. I'm eating more rice, beans, and canned fish, and I'm taking the stairs pretty often. I barely go to the gym

Nice going bro, keep it up. It's great to see results but don't get complacent yet.
I can't seem to stick to an exercise routine, I'm a healthy weight and muscle mass but I have been struggling to gain any muscle, I've just been maintaining.
