Usually human bodies, as they are familiar and common.
Every once in a while an elf is the only thing available. Their frames are light, but no quite as strong.
I have done a handful of dwarf bodies. Smaller, stocky, their bones are heavy and dense.
The Canid a Felid folk are super rare on the main lands. To get one of them I would have to do extended stays on their lands.
