3x a week 50 min of cardio e.g. stationary bike on full load, try to match 130 - 140 bpms on you heart, normalize for a bit being hungry for some time of a day, eat mostly protein from meat and/or protein hydroisolate (there are many recipes to make it taste ok in the context), do not eat tasty lazy food, it's better to eat something less yummy to stay in the deficit and not having urge to eat, try to have daily 500 - 800 kcal of deficit, 1 kg of fat is ~7000 kcal, so make it worth a while. I just recently dropped healthy 3.5 kg of my fat in 6 weeks that way easily, having cheatdays once a week. Take care and good luck!

LLMs are often retarded, but diet/exercise help is something they're actually good at. You can take a photo of what you're about to eat, or describe it, and it'll keep track of your calories and nutrients. You can tell it about your workout and it'll factor that in.

For what it's worth, I use a creme my wife bought for her sweaty underboobs (Fresh Body's Fresh Breasts). Goes on as a cream and ends up as a powder. It's so much better than any thing else I've used. I've started using it daily (not just for walks) since I have sweaty balls anyway. I'm sure there's a guy version.
