People don't like being lied to but I mean beyond average. People lying to themselves, refusing to accept accountability for things, pretending to like people they don't etc.... prompt a disgusted and angry reaction from me inside. I feel this causes me to have some animus towards women (though I see them as greatly positive creatures in many other ways) because they are naturally more deceitful than men because of their social circles not allowing outright aggression and hard honesty.

People coming up with justifications and excuses for why they had to do something they did, how they have zero guilt, how they don't dislike that other person and that their comments aren't backhanded. An example might be a woman talking about how wrong it is people judging on appearance then you catch them watching television and making cruel comments about random people's appearances in an indirect fashion - so if confronted she could pretend there was nothing in it. That kind of thing really grinds my gears.

Any thoughts or personal experiences to share would be cool (not just relating to women ofc).

Anon, I don't hate women, I hate deceit. This causes some irritation for me because women are often more deceitful on average. It is one of their foibles, similar to how men can refuse to ask for help when they should or get violent and angry upon meeting opposition. Being unable to acknowledge that women (or men) have deficiencies which someone might find annoying or interesting to discuss to share similar thoughts or gain a different perspective is a similar sign of immaturity to someone that blanket dislikes women.

My particular point (that I think you are getting at) wasn't on cruelty or being mean (though I don't like that much either) but rather pretending to not be cruel. I respect more someone who would say "I don't really like you" to someone and leave it at that rather than pretending to be their friend. A Nice Guy would be something I also very much dislike as they are pretending to be a kind and good person but are underneath conceited.

I can detect it, and it irritates me because I would prefer honestly. I don't enjoy the game because I find it pointless. Someone engages in it I just don't want to be around them. It is just like polite conversation and small talk. I can do it all day but I don't see much point in it, I won't seek it out but I will to be polite and not fuck up someone's day with awkwardness.

Typically people do that shit to be polite, even though there are disincentives not to. It's just in some peoples natures, most likely mine or anyone else you can think of. Beyond just stereotype. So let's say I'm hanging out with a guy that's mother tongue is Spanish.
