I've often considered building the ideal PC case, just one big blower fan into a sealed case other than the exhaust ports
Only one big filter to change and the case would be positive pressured so no other dust could get in. Some differential pressure sensors to monitor the pressures and you're gtg
maybe motorized exhaust louvers so you could speed control the blower and still maintain positive pressure

From my tests on the board it works just fine right now. Just some buttons are a tad bit iffy. I just placed the mainboard for another ultrasonic just to clear out the flux from reflow and see if it also fixes the buttons.

Nah, it was not the flux the problem there it was the heavy ingest... of piss. Lots of minerals, lots of corrosion. Lots of pairs of gloves were used. And I cannot replace the buttons since these ones are ... weird, they are standard push-button shape, size, pinout and everything, except they have an extremely long prong. My only option is to ultrasonic, test, stress them, until they work fine.
