Idk. I had a couple gfs in high school and lost my virginity at 17 and had regular sex until mid 20s when I became an alcohol.
Then i didn't have sex with or touch a woman for about 10 years. I got sick of being alone, stopped dronking and got girlfriends again and I still remembered how to do everything. Was still good at the sex so i guess more than 10 years. 18 since that's the length of years that to become an adult so makes sense
