From the military. Here's the details I remember.
Guys in planes shooting at other planes, like a roller coaster. The civilian pilot who volunteered as a practice target was flying like nothing was going on, towards the city. "What will it cost?" Asked one guy. "Well it will cost you your lunch", replied the military guy. Then he described how you're gonna puke if you aren't just having a salad beforehand. The it was some animated movie of a golem clay creature swimming through the sea to an island or something. His figure changed when he got there and his buddy tried to jump on his fat belly like before, but he replied annoyed and told him to jump on his strong back, like donkey kong

The other dream is they were building a building across the street. I decided to go over there and work for free. I accidentally cut into a leather recliner, but I said I have some repair experience and can fix it with the right supplies. I started gaining a reputation. Then I was walking through a company's building filled with employees. I was just trying to take a piss. I walked through the building and was now in a mall. I thought, "ok cool! Just take 4 corners and you can't get lost. But I think I'll get lost. What's the math on that?" So I looked for landmarks. Well, there was a witchy store across the aisle. To the left was a boy's clothing store, but the mannequin looked like link with a sword (from zelda). I figured they were Halloween stores

Also my dog took a huge shit! Like it couldn't possibly come out of him without splitting his ass apart. I didn't see him take it though

Also while I was walking the street I thought, "this is before the bombs drop". For some reason it filled me with excitement and peace, though there were no supporting details about these thoughts. Could have just been thoughts
