yeah i guess i agree, if those countries want them back
but again, this game is targeted at a western audience, and i don't think anyone interested in this game or the sentiment of taking things back would actually give two shits about the art for its own sake

it seems like the more industrialized nations basically regulated away all the intermediate steps realistically required for industrialization
then you got the CIA doing engineering to keep the economies of other countries under control

i really don't buy the whole "sub race" thing. i think dysgenic behavior and indignity is the enemy, and those can be avoided no matter what race you are. the 20th century is a testament to that.
