you might have better results from eating fewer meals per day than eating less at each meal like

if you eat 6 times per day, but you eat 50% less, you're just gonna feel like shit and hungry all the time
if you eat 1-2 meals per day instead of 6, you'll find it much easier to eat an equally smaller amount of calories per day
you could also go full mode & do an extended fast
you have to regulate your electrolytes and it's a pain in the ass, but you can straight up stop eating for 2 weeks without negative effects
your appetite should go away after around 3 days but it'll be hellish till then
