I've experienced this a few times at various jobs and I've found a solution.
Being a fan of the "worst" team is what worked for me.

I used to think I had to pretend to like sports. I dreaded that first day at a new job so much because it ALWAYS came up. That's the only way NPCs know how to communicate. But in the past 5 or so years people are way more accepting if you don't watch sports. My go to would be that I watched boxing, because nobody else really knows much about it so it was easy to bullshit and it made me look kind of tough an old school.

That said, after all these years, because so many people are obsessed with them, I almost want to spend a little time getting into them. Start writing E-mails to Hr asking for guidance on this subject. Every time it happens, send them an E-mail, and shadow CC yourself, a lawyer, and the HR head a copy. If they are going to exclude you for being a "loser" then use it to your advantage. Do nothing and wait until they inevitably exclude you from something they probably shouldn't have.

Then, write an E-mail and say they excluded you from X thing which has a racial connotation to it of some kind. I'm not saying bait them into it, i'm saying they are going to do it eventually because they are niggerball retards, and just draw attention to it when it happens
