I like women but women do not like me.
Perplexing.

I'm fat but I catch women mirin and then feeling disgusted with themselves.

I'm losing 70 kilos and getting fit again. Soups and shakes from now until goal weight!

Every time a woman is nice to me or talks to me like a normal human being, I delude myself into thinking she likes me.

she probably does unless you are incredibly autistic and you're being babied. If a woman is nice to you and you can hold a conversation there is an opportunity for you to start talking to her more

I'm capable of feigning being normal for a while, but I know that eventually the illusion will falter.

you might want to stop saving those wojaks
it might seem like no big deal, but it indicates that's how you view yourself, which sort of dooms you from the get-go

I think if you're aware enough to know you're being babied you probably aren't autistic enough to warrant being treated like that

I have friends who are girls so I don't suffer from that but I'm dumb as a horse so unless a girl says "I like you" I never expect them to find me interesting.

Bruh work on it, you'll be able to act normal the more you practice it.

Ok, I will portray myself as a fat chad instead.

this usually results in being more autistic, its like an alien trying to act like a human

i don't think autism has anything to do with it, i just do & say awkward shit without doing anything overly offensive
but yeah it is unnecessary

Bro everyone expiriences this feeling. You just have to get over the initial awkwardness of talking to people. Start of small like smiling at people you pass and then gradually build up confidence from there!

Yeah I'm scared to ask anyone out 1) because I'm a social retard who doesn't know how to and 2) because I don't want to risk ruining any semblance of a friendship I already have with women by potentially disgusting them.

I was less talking about fear of speaking to people and more trying to act "normal." rehearsing specific things you do before they happen can look a lot more autistic than if you were just a kind of awkward guy

don't be a howie
some things you have to just DO, there's no way to break them down into easier steps

but also, the whole POINT of a relationship is that you have "chemistry" together, you know?
if asking her out feels like pulling teeth or solving some sort of problem, then the relationship wouldn't go well anyway
it defeats the whole point, IMO
there's no formula for asking any girl out, you gotta just rely on your own judgment and do it

Unless I've been out drinking and a one night stand turned into a relationship, most other relationships have come through friendship first, then asking something simple like "do you want to go grab coffee sometime" has let to oppertunities to get to know someone better and show that I at least have some interest in them. You need to connect your friends more I think, like introduce one friend group with others so that if you blow it, you'll still be cussioned by your other friends to see the person you blew it with.

Literally just start smiling at people. Some people smile back, some people ignore you, some people avoid eye contact it's really a mixed bag of reactions you get but it'll get you used to the most basic interactions humans can have.

I asked an ai chatbot for ideas of what topics make good small talk because I always draw a blank when a cute girl is around. Some of the suggestions were pretty good. This is the future where robots will train us to act less like robots
