The modern kike and boomer approved idea is to make employees combine work and personal life together. Basically an employee's friends are other employee's, their hobbies involve the workplace or other company approved hobbies that help the company.

It is a matter of time before your manager (male) or any co-worker has a panic attack, project all their insecurities on you, and start rallying attention against you. Having every interaction recorded (it is easy if there aren't many) will keep you legally protected.

By the way, this likely has already happened because your manager either went after you on his own initiative (which means he is a company cultist and a threat), or some worker who is an intimate friend incited him to do so.

I have to work with a bipolar racemixer toothless pig. She smells like shit and farts all the time. She watches everything I do and is always trying to anticipate what I'm doing next to tell me the "right way" even though I've worked longer than her. To this day she still does not get that I have more years of experience and know my job better than her - especially considering pretty much every difficult task and all the decision-making.
But she constantly tells me about what she ate and how many hours of sleep she got every single day at the beginning of the shift (I have never asked for this information). She always tries to tell me about the men she's talking to and I have to interrupt her every time and remind her I don't want to hear about that. Oh and every time I say literally anything about her behavior or give even minor pushback, she flips the fuck out. She does this with everyone. She acts like a total cunt and then holds everyone hostage with a freakout. When she does have a meltdown I just laugh in her face. She once said "nobody likes you" to me in response to some minor correction and I just flatly said, "go fuck yourself." She was dead silent - for once. But yeah I just ignore her pretty much whenever she speaks because it's dumb irrelevant bullshit about her life. It drives her up the wall and she's constantly bitching about me to my managers. I overheard her telling on me for being on my phone (I work nights and Im trying to get away from her), even though she spends the entire shift sitting on her fat ass playing on her phone. I do all the hard shit and in-between I read Hitler quotes to pass the time. I hate this place so much but I have no other choice for employment.

I went to McDonald's today and got a Filet-O-Fish combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. I was eating it in my vehicle in the parking lot and listening to an audiobook when I glanced up and saw the McDonald's worker I ordered outside having a cigarette.

She waved at me and I nodded and had to wait 7 minutes before she went back inside and I could eat in comfort again. I don't think that employees should be bothering or even trying to socialize with customers outside of the McDonald's restaurant or drive through, but that is another story.

I went to McDonald's for dinner tonight and got a McChicken combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. As I was driving to the second window the same girl was still working. She was acting somewhat obsequious and attempting small talk when she asked, 'why don't you come eat inside instead of in the parking lot where it is cold'.

That really bothered me for many reasons. First of all, I don't want my routine or actions to be tracked by a fast food employee. Secondly, she should not try to tell me how I should live my life. I do not want to eat inside because I find it less comfortable and would much rather be inside my vehicle listening to an audiobook and enjoying myself and my privacy.

Overall, I think it was very unprofessional to bring this up. I should have a clean slate with each drive through visit, not have to get the third degree because I committed some sort of faux pas. Which I don't think I did, because I often see people eating in fast food parking lots. How does she know I am not busy going to work or somewhere in a rush?

How do you feel about eating in your vehicle in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant versus eating inside the restaurant?

Success at work isn't about actually working, it's about networking and being social. It's stupid, yes, but it's how it is. Many years ago I started a new job, and did jack shit for six months before quitting because of how boring it was. I did, however make sure every day at lunch time I was the one gathering people and planning out where we would go as well as being the driver. At the end of the six months when I left my boss said he was ad to see me go because I was, and this was an exact quote, "a dynamo." I wrote less than 50 lines of code total the entire six months. You aren't your work, you're how much people like spending time with you. Socialize and you can coast through life.

Born with a massive stuttering/cluttering speech disorder (autism) that I've painstakingly excruciatingly worked through all my life but there's only so much anxiety someone can put themselves through to survive daily office interactions. If I didn't have a remote job I'd just go on disability (which is what my remote essentially truthfully is). So seeing posts like >>509232380 is so funny to me because some autists on another part of the spectrum don't have the empathy or awareness to understand some people are born fucked up and are physically incapable in their speech to hold conversations with normies and be included seamlessly in gatherings. It just doesn't work.
