Same boat, except a year younger and add divorced. I work nights, and from home, and while the money is good I'm losing connection with other people. My best friends, who live within walking distance, I see maybe 3 times a year. I don't know how or why I keep going on sometimes, but I endure.

Friendship can be made into a kind of equation of "something in common", "proximity" and "time". But it's got to be done in meatspace, we're not making friends here even though we're all shitposting here all day long. You need to get a hobby or something and I know that sounds stupid and contrived and like I'm not taking you seriously but actually I am.

An easy one is a gym, but gyms especially these days are less social. In this case a martial arts gym could help you, go for a bit and see how you find it. If you already have a hobby see if there's an in person hobby group for it that meets near you. Lastly and this is kind of scraping the barrel but you can go to a volunteering group near to you, I stress near because if you like it but it's far away it's going to become a chore.
In either of these scenarios you may have to stomach going 3-4 times before any rubber meets the road in terms of making friends.

I have no friends. I had a friend group in the UK, but no longer live there. I had a friend group at Uni, but apparently none of them liked me, and by 4th year they would just disrespect me to my face. Every woman I've had any involvement with has treated me like shit. I've been bullied in most jobs. The state just tried to kill me, and will try again. My parents abandoned me, and I lived in a care home for 3 years. And my country is being flooded with brown people who will never integrate, and who we will eventually have to fight.

There’s really nothing you can do other than what you’ve been doing, that’s forever for you now.

You were supposed to build a career, find a woman to settle down with, and then children become your purpose in your manhood, like once you’re past young manhood, but when that doesn’t happen basically you just find other guys like you and push for them to actually leave their abyss of lonely purposelessness to hang out with you.

A lot of men just become lame wifeguys. Back in the finer times you'd used to hang out with your friends. You would just enjoy each other's company and have fun. But over time you notice they start to find girlfriends and no longer have time for the boys. Some get sucked into intensive jobs. Some get married and become wifeguys that cater to their wife's endless needs and attention. She has no care for her husband's friends. And over time before you know it the friend group dwindles down and shrinks until it's just you.

I'm blessed to have a good wife, kids, and church.

Still, it totally sucked losing all my friends around the same age as you, and still sucks 4 years later.

The best you can do is cultivate a community, like at a good church.
