what does it smell like?

also i think a huge prostate can cause minor problems
if you weren't having any problems it would probably be fine to leave it alone, but you might want to see if it's causing/contributing any of this

i don't know what to make of the other smells, but you shoiuld probably get your kidneys and other organs looked at
try to focus on diagnosing the problem rather than taking whatever pills they might throw at you
get an MRI if you have to, whatever

sometimes urine can smell sweet in diabetic patients
an old method of testing for diabetes was having the patient piss near an anthill & see if the ants seem interested in the sugar that may or may not be present

maybe I should go to the doctor and ask him to take some blood. my most likely personal diagnosis is that I was probably bit by some highly venomous spider in my sleep, it's happen to me more than once and they're everywhere around where I live.

Idk if men deal with it! But I just got back from the DR and I got sand in my vagina and jesus it hurt SO BAD. It was like scraping but I couldn't get it out and jeez that inflammation fucked me up bad!

I remember I got one during covid
Went to the weewee doc, did all sorts of tests, said that it was due to my sedentary lifestyle during covid and consequent poor blood flow
Was horrible because going to bed meant running off to the toilet every 5 mins
Took some antibiotics and a week later it was all fine
