these are all strange philosophies to me
i hate the ritual of going to a doctor, paying a bunch of money, "getting bad news", getting anxious, spending more money, etc
an accurate diagnosis doesn't/shouldn't change anything, but it can give you ways to manage yourself which you otherwise wouldn't have thought of, by identifying you as having some behaviors which have been observed for decades in many other people

i don't know what to make of the other smells, but you shoiuld probably get your kidneys and other organs looked at
try to focus on diagnosing the problem rather than taking whatever pills they might throw at you
get an MRI if you have to, whatever

sometimes urine can smell sweet in diabetic patients
an old method of testing for diabetes was having the patient piss near an anthill & see if the ants seem interested in the sugar that may or may not be present
