Me, I don't fall for the false jewish psychology shit and take responsibility for my own actions instead of excusing myself with a false kike mental disorder.

dude im 100% fucked in the head, but you only have something once you get tested for it. so i just go along pretending nothing is wrong

these are all strange philosophies to me
i hate the ritual of going to a doctor, paying a bunch of money, "getting bad news", getting anxious, spending more money, etc
an accurate diagnosis doesn't/shouldn't change anything, but it can give you ways to manage yourself which you otherwise wouldn't have thought of, by identifying you as having some behaviors which have been observed for decades in many other people
Anonymous (ID: j7tY3wkA) United States No.23161825
if your life was relatively okay before a diagnosis, absolutely nothing changes by getting a diagnosis
if you've got some faggot medical system pressuring you otherwise, that is bad
there's like a trauma bonding element to these modern systems, i swear

nigger we are all the same idiot in a different body larping. the ancestors you had that passed your problems on to you all fucked and had kids and survived so you can to. they also did have all those unnatural drugs. dont do drugs. all drugs are bad. all of them. the best way to live life is my mimicking the lifestyles of your ancestors. run around, eat natural food, avoid carbs, drink water, stay off your computer, be with your family, fuck, have kids, shit, piss, and die. the end

I’m slowly becoming more and more convinced that doctors and psychologists in today’s America are just pill peddlers. I’ve been off my SSRIs since Friday and I’ve never felt better. Granted ive also made a number of healthy lifestyle changes that have solved %80 of my stress and anxiety. It’s honestly amazing how much that shit clogs your mind and dulls you to the world around you.

maybe yeah
we live in such a globalized society with electricity & shit, though
the twentieth century was a complete turning point
i think it's best to use all the tools available to you at this point
although, when i said "ways to manage yourself", i didn't mean drugs

there is truth to that
but the common sentiment is to throw the baby out with the bathwater, the decades of study of mental illness

I hate those things but stress and anxiety has basically run my whole life up until now, still kinda does tbqh. Wish I could go off them permanently but I’ve convinced myself I need them in order to function without having crippling panic-attack inducing anxiety. Really more than anything I think I ‘need’ them in order to survive in normie society. Work is stressful enough that I don’t think I could go a week cold-turkey without getting at least one panic attack. Not allowed to use alternative medication like marijuana or any other substances due to my workplace’s 0 drug tolerance policy. It sucks but I’m a salve to it for now.

i was wondering if it was mainly for work/society tolerance
that seems fairly common, for a couple decades now

Yeah but it chemically sterilizes my creativity, pretty sure it has also been suppressing my libido and is probably responsible for the period cramps as well. Nasty shit but what can you do?

yeah
i didn't mean to say it was no big deal or anything, this shit is fucked, and it sucks how many people end up in that position
could be worse though
>Nasty shit but what can you do?
yeah

i took modafinil for a while while my grandma was dying, it helped with many things
i gotta figure something out

i think i might, but no, i just used it as a mild stimulant and anxiolytic
it helped me have more endurance throughout the day, think more rationally in stressful situations, etc
my family is pretty bad, the doctors here are bad, my grandma was a hoarder, it was just a bad & drawn out situation
Anonymous (ID: j7tY3wkA) United States No.23162010
i've always been afraid to take anything like SSRIs, opiates, benzodiazepenes
if i had/have to take something to help with work, i think i'll start using modafinil again
my friend has been drinking, and it seems liek he handles work anxiety/stress better, but he also keeps breaking $10,000 equipment, and wrecked his dads car at one point
seems like a nightmare

shizoid isnt accepted as a legitimate mental condition at all in the psych sphere. You are trying to spread psyops. Hope this helps

That sounds rough, shit I’m sorry you had to live with that. Stimulants have always been a double-edged sword for me, they work great at improving my focusing and energy but they never seem to last long enough and always seem to have really bad side effects like preventing me from sleeping, skyrocketing blood pressure, causing dizziness/nausea, and just generally making me feel like shit after the high comes down.

modafinil has an extremely long half life
there's not really even a crash, though you get really tired about 48 hours later
it's more of a eugerogic, acting mainly on histamine, with only a very small amount of dopamine reuptake inhibition
i've never tried ritalin or amphetamines, but the dopamine action is similar to ritalin, but in different brain areas and much milder
if you ever decide to take stimulants in the future, you might want to look into it instead

Thats because you don't have any serious mental health disorder. Yeah of course they are happy to provide SSRIs to lazy sad people who don't want to make lifestyle changes to fix their depression but the sentiment that all doctors do is push pills on you is very damaging when people who desperately need antipsychotics take it and apply it to the medication that's going to make their life bearable and choose to go batshit insane and kill themselves instead of simply taking their meds
