I didn't provide a solution to the problem yet, none of the feminists authors and psychologists provide a practical solution besides "we need to make the definition of gender more fluid and society more inclusive". You can't make society more inclusive if you don't have a method, the various esoteric spiritual traditions come close to surpassing dualism but no one does so on an organizational level. It's always you and the priests or the monks getting in the way of the transcendental dimension, only Soka Gakkai got rid of its hierarchies so you have an organization of equal lay people and a 1:1 relationship with your faith.
