i always wondered what circus peanuts tasted like, but i never tried them
is it lost like tears in the rain?

i used to eat lifesavers candy when i went to my grandma's house as a kid
i tried some recently, they were completely fucked
just corn syrup and citric acid, holes all over the place, some parts sticky/wet & some parts crumbly/powdery (how the fuck does industrially produced candy come out uneven?)

korean candy seems decent quality, apparently swedish candy does as well? might've been another scandinavian country

they are supposed to have a certain consistency not too soft not too chewy and they have a kind of fake banana taste that is pleasing, these were just soft and sugary there was no real flavor at all, you used to be able to get them almost anywhere but now it seems like you have to order them online
