Your body may be reporting conditions you have to address. Increasing physical fitness, and effort toward that end may be rewarded by your body, letting you lead, their job done. Able to be used to other tasks.
Bed bound is a problem. Robotics will fix that eventually. Increasing the actions you do, knowing they aren't futile. A fight for you to be better not replacing you but taking you further.
Sensitivity is good generally as far as it doesn't impair your ability and will to act.
May have to tell your body to toughen up.
If you are stuck in beds and hospitals celebrate the privilege to think. A lot of people, more than most, work most of their lives. Thought a luxury they have traded for money or nescessities.
You could provide for them. What good they could have if they thought. Like your body. You brain for it.
Full yourself up with good stuff. And add your good stuff, refining all taken in to better.
Say how the world should be in any medium you enjoy, and can develop talent through doing because it's best to you. Or one of the best.
Read some good books, watch some good movies. Pass them on. Revitalize what's around you and connected to you. What you like. Make others what you like.
Hospitals are hellish places that are made tolerable by nice things. Finding good stuff for others is a great service. Skipping the bad and average for them so their time is well spent, they develop interest, their attitude and perspective is positive. Friendly to nice things giving them some of themselves, keeping them alive, like stories of other heroes they can take as their history.
Promote doing what you can for the benefit of great stuff. It more prominent, abundant, standard, present. You great yourself. Effort despite little effect from it is still admirable and maybe more so. Others can see it all fucked isn't defeat for someone. They can feel a safety net that if they were fucked they'd still be something alike the best.
