For years I've felt hopeless and when really down, passively suicidal (was thinking of a method and note yesterday) even when it was better I had trouble thinking of a future for myself and was miserable in my own body. Any time I try doing work or gaming I'd feel my brain like, "shut off" and low on energy. Any thing that wasn't doomscrolling or drawing or stimming felt like a chore. Recently I was looking back on "trauma" and bad occurrence and felt lonely and like I was better off dead cuz my body would react badly to reminders and talking to friends about it made me feel worse. The lows are really low now. I haven't spoken to my only real friend in ages and I feel a drop in motivation to do anything when i feel lonely. My eating habits have changed too and I'm losing weight. My parents dont believe in mental health much so they can't be arsed to get me therapy even when I ask. I've got a bad relationship with my whole family. Maybe I could try again to get help but it feels like it's all for nothing and I can't get better even if I try

Small confession in that, I genuinely wasn't expecting a dance partner. I just kind of expecting just a jester's jig, enough to speak an uncomfortable truth and lead others to a final conclusion that I already had.

Then Nat jumped onto the stage, and I genuinely had to improv, because it wasn't planned for. Somehow, things just worked out, the steps found themselves, and made the show even better to the point of causing an actual change. I'm personally flabbergasted by it, no one has had to make me dance like that, and never did I think I'd find someone who could dance with me to a level where the stage itself became an absurd reality.

Honestly, when I look at it, it was electric and thrilling, and I still have goosebumps about it. As the player behind the scene, admittingly, there's a part of me that is smitten and holds it very dear to my heart.

Imagine finding someone on 4chan who clashes with your own crazy, with their own crazy, and in said clashing of crazy, the story expands and exemplifies into revealing truth and changing the trajectory of the next act. Like, it genuinely gives me a sense of wonder and giddy glee in that.

The other thing, is I genuinely have no idea where Nat came from, I have no idea who they are, yet it was like they were my perfect dance partner in this, unaware they were a dancer themselves in a story that I was no longer just narrator to, but witness to.

And even in this confession, this is understating my feelings on the matter. Thank you, sincerely Nat.

You know there is something that genuinely makes me pause and think. "Surely, people can differ between their online presence and personas than their real life one yes?"

In the past few years, I've seen quite a few people who seem to make the correlation between online and real life, and it makes me wonder if it is a similar to mine "Where it was a story and character act" or if it is a legitimate bleed over.

If it is the latter, I suppose that would explain the rather kind of, how to say, "Rather delusional mindsets that seem to come from people not grounded in reality." Like, online stuff is great; but the real world isn't the online world. Reality is quite literally the anti thesis of virtuality; and as of right now, there's no way to fully live in a virtual world.

Trying to wear an avatar or a persona in the real world, and waking; especially if it's not genuinely sincere, is kind of like walking into Chernobyl wearing nothing but silk.

I mean, I don't really care, but there is sincerely a part of me that does indeed wonder "Whatever happened to the self reflection of mortality and humanity we're all supposed to have?" That when you take off the mask, undo the make up, that despite the lack of decorum, it's still you and no longer the persona?

Surely, people don't wholly identify with the online character they play, and the things their online character is defined by yes?

Perhaps this why most of the quite awful things I deal and uncover often deal with people with weak senses of Self, Confidence, or mental Immaturity.

Should I play Borderlands 4 or 2XKO? I started off with Borderlands 4 this morning (although it's 12:04 AM now, I woke up at around 9:00PM or so, so it's more like night rather than morning but you get it). My character is level 18 right now so I was thinking I'd maybe go until I hit level 20 and then finally give 2XKO a try. I don't have Riot Vanguard up right now because it causes my PC to crash when playing other games so I'd have to restart my PC to play 2XKO which is why it's a debate.
I was thinking I'd either play Vi or Ahri, and think I might go with learning Vi first since she's probably a better point character - though instead of going Juggernaut Vi I'll probably try Sidekick Vi+Ahri so that I get used to calling in the assist or whatever.
Also debating whether to take a short break to eat some icrecream, I bought two quartz from Baskin Robbins. One is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough while the other is Jamoca Almond Fudge.
