I basically have a 85% success rate with interviews (clearing all rounds to a verbal offer with all sorts of interviewers) once I get past the gamblefest that is getting your resume through the negative iq knuckledragging recruitment staff. Thank fuck referrals exist for me to get into direct contact with hiring managers else I'd probably have less than half the interviews that I managed to get

Though I pretty much instantly withdraw my application if the manager is Indian/org is mainly Indian so my stats don't account for those 'fake job postings'

I've had worse luck with female interviewers overall for the same reason, I suspect, that I've had worse luck with women overall in my life: I'm a beta, but an overachieving go-getting one, so men don't feel intimidated by me and in fact respect my hard work, while women will pat me on the back but rarely if ever actually like me.
