It's not even "Chad" and "Tyrone" though. I'm completely convinced from my own anecdotal experiences that hypergamy isn't even real. Women are chaotic and change their emotions and values on an hourly/daily basis.
When I was younger I was working in the music merchandising industry, only for about 2 - 3 years. The amount of women I've seen cheat on their hot, rich, athletic, successful "Chad" boyfriends/husbands with short, scrawny, broke, unhygienic losers, simply because they were in a band would blow your mind. Women would offer me sex for free tickets because I was friends with a few of the musicians.
It didn't matter what type of women either. Emo, Goth, Nerd, GoodyTwoShoes, Prep, Jock, Ugly, Hot, Rich, Poor, Fat, Skinny, etc. They all acted the exact same at the end of the day, just with slightly different personality tweaks.
That is NOT hypergamy.
One of my friends just went through a divorce. He was good looking (like Charlie Sheen), made great money, always took his ex-wife on vacations, etc. After the divorce she started dating a fat, ugly slob that just plays video games all day and works at Walmart.
There's is no rhyme or reason to ANY of this and the Redpill nonsense is just that, nonsense. When I was 6'3" 150 pounds and didn't work out, had a shitty car, baggy clothes and a lower paying job, women were throwing themselves at me. Now at 185 pounds with a 6-pack, better clothes, a paid off new car, a way better job, etc. I get way less attention than before.
It is what it is.
