There's a pretty embarrassing mistake in the filing but it's just a "Zahlendreher". I sent them an email about it, hopefully it won't get delayed for months because of this. They said "23 ETH" is minimum stake instead of 32. On page 59.

What matters is what actually winds up getting accepted as an ETF and scaled across big fund managers like Blackrock. Bitwise is a QUITE bit more serious than Canary but still not Blackrock level.
