Here's the thing, to do a fat transfer you need fat from your own body to take from and move around. She probably went to a very expensive surgeon. They are pretty good but you can tell how fake they are sometimes. Her ass is kinda fake too. But that's not an issue, I mean, if you follow an asian girl, you have to assume she had a dozen or so surgeries done at the very least. Even the "natural" looking ones.
