For me every meal would be nothing but charbroiled high end cuts of beef, and shellfish. Both with lots of high fat content butter. In between meals I would snack on expensive nuts like macadamia, cashews, pistachios, and fresh berries. I would totally give up poverty food like bread and pasta.

pretty much instead of eating purely ground beef I would be eating more steak with rice or potatoes
about it

>nuts like macadamia, cashews, pistachios
pure goyslop and will upset your digestive tract and give you diarrhea

>I would totally give up poverty food like bread and pasta.
you should already, wheat and grains are just purely worse than rice or potatoes for digesting if you need carbs

You have enzymes in your saliva to digest starch. Wealthy people throughout history ate starches even if they weren't forced to. The difference between rich and poor regarding starches was just quality and proportion. You're unlikely to get enough carbs for actual physical activity from berries. Your muscles store a lot of carbs as glycogen for quick energy. There's a reason pretty much every high level athlete consumes a ton of carbs.

Starches with fiber removed usually has a less satisfying texture to me. I like brown rice more than white, potatoes with skin on more than skinless, etc.

Honey is supposed to be a good source of carbs for a lot of people but I can only have like a spoonful before it starts to be unpleasant to eat. I like drinking a lot of milk though, that has 12g of sugar per cup.

i agree op is pozzed but in jewrope and soviet bloc you can get butter at pretty much any grocery in varying fat percentages from like 65 to 85 percent milkfat. i think it the us its all just 'butter' and in the lower fat range so its creamier and more spreadable cause you guys use it more as a spread than for cooking. higher fat butter is more like lard and can be used for pastry work and shallow frying n shit

a good percentage of it is water. if it's pure fat then you have ghee or clarified butter which can have a grainy texture if not melted so it's not as good for spreading on bread and stuff like that.

I with you on the snacks. For me, it would be cashews and berries primarily. Maybe with some dariy-free chocolate candies. I'd mix it up and salt it like trail mix. Except all quality and fresh.

But as for actual meals, I wouldn't give up on bread and pasta, because I enjoy bread and pasta. However, I would probably eat less of both, and mostly eat beef and pork. Rib meat primarily. Nice and tender. And I would have big salads every day. Because I'm afraid of ruining my health, and would want to get some actual nutrients. But also because I enjoy salads. I just find that *good* salads can be more expensive than I'm willing to pay for normally. So I would have all the good salads I want.

Basically, my diet would become this: Deliberately avoid eating in the morning. I'm at that age, where becoming full is too taxing to handle. so I don't want to start the day by getting full.
Then, by lunch I'm having my meats and snack mix. Then in the evening, I'm having my salad and a pastry desert. Pie or cake. Something nice and rich and sugary.

I'd build a huge, heated greenhouse and plant it with all sorts of tropical fruit (and nut) trees, shrubs, vines and lianas. I'd have large specimens shipped from Florida so I wouldn't have to wait for those mother fuckers to grow. Then I'd put a big swimming pool in the middle of that greenhouse.

I'd also found a small brew pub and restaurant that would be open to the public, but would brew and serve whatever I wanted according to my own taste, unconstrained by profit and loss. I'd have a dedicated private room there for myself and any guests.

All that might sound profligate, but I would not blow money on $5,000 wines or adding black truffles and gold leaf to everything. I don't go for that type of ostentation.

My diet would be exactly the same.

I spend quite some money on food compared to the average person and I do it on purpose.
Because food is simply very important to your body and health in general. I'm not gonna stuff my body full of cheap goyslop just to buy a better phone.
I rather pay extra for some grass fed non antibiotics steak.
What goes in the animal is what lands on your plate.
That's why I feed my chickens only quality food as well.

If you actually have digestive issues from nuts you probably have from beans as well.
Oligosaccharides are in both and humans can't digest them, that's why you're farting and bloated from beans.
Soaking the nuts a day before eating them can help. I do that by default but mainly to lower the antinutrients

the difference between now and the 60's is that it's no longer trendy to cook your dinner in the microwave. I don't think anons here understand how much canned and pre-packaged foods those fuckers ate. Now middle class and rich people shun processed foods but middle class/poor people still have to eat them because they're cheap. My dad is nostalgic for mushy canned green beans because nobody fucking ate regular ones unless they were actually in season.

However, processed food now has way more sugar in it and people drink way way WAY more soda. Especially poor people. Whenever I see some poor obese woman with a cart full of 2 liters it's always going into the most beat up Saturn I've ever seen in my life. Almost always full of trash too

the vast majorety of people in the next generation will grow up without grandparents.
Not unlike what Moses did with the Jews, leading them through a desert for 40 years that takes a week to cross.

seems really unusual for it to happen even if it can. i get diarrhea from refined sugar and juice and too much animal fat but i've never gotten it from too much fiber and most of what i've read is that excessive fiber will cause constipation. not saying it can never happen but it's less likely.
