Looking to do 250 grams a day minimum.

you probably don't need that much. but milk/beans and protein powder is probably the cheapest.

Just eat normal food and buy cheap whey. Much easier than eating 9 cans of tuna or 1.5 costco rotisserie chickens a day.

Dairy
>whey powder
>skim milk powder
>routinely check grocery for reduced yogurt and cottage cheese
And then pork is probably the cheapest + leanest kind of meat you can get, at least it is for me

This was made before covid, so the gap between meat and plant based probably has increased even more.
If you don't know what protein completeness is, read up on it before eating the same protein all day every day.
In general use your own brain don't be a retard, this is just the data, you have to draw your own conclusions.

1) Sprout your legumes. That makes everything more bioavailable. Removes the fart factor even better than soaking in alkaline solution. Refried bean quesadillas are your new god.
2) As the others said, whey & cottage cheese.
3) Look up the leangains method. If you work out fasted you'll process every gram of protein much better because cycles of food deprivation + exercise are naturally anabolic since it tells the body you're living a lifestyle where your mass is a matter of survival.

1kg of beef mince is at least 180-200g of protein
after you add your carb sources it will sprinkle in some more (white rice or potato)
you don't need more than this ever in your entire life unless you are on gear and weigh 400 pounds
however, you might need more due to actually needing more meals in the future since thats not even alot of meat and eating just pure grains gets kinda old

this chart is useless since it does not contain the most important part, digestibility, tolerance/ability to handle these foods
if you choose your food on a chart like this you have absolutely zero clue
fun to look at but useless in practice if you have ever eaten food

Damn anon, it's almost like that was mentioned in the disclaimer next to it.
The term you're looking for is completeness, not digestibility or tolerance. The latter is for "gluten intolerant" hipster retards, and not actually an issue for normal people.

Chicken, beans, but you still need veggies and a bit of carbs for energy if you want to get big and that requires work. So potatoes and rice and veggies. Leafy greens and stuff like cabbage and broccoli are good for you.

Also me, so when Id work out Id do it in the morning before breakfast, then have a bowl of oatmeal and a half glass of milk. Then digest a bit, then for for a 2-3 mile walk with the dog. Then be hungry again and have a couple eggs around 10 before lunch. But this does require some discipline, like waking up at like 5 in the morning...protein doesnt just magically make you muscular unless.. you do something lol
