some people don't feel good eating a lot of starch

some people have an idealized image of a healthy strong primitive human hunter who don't need no carbs

some people find it interesting that conventional recommendations of needing to avoid meat and fat for weight loss and improved health isn't necessarily true

some people have health problems related to food that basic advice doesn't address or help

some people think it makes them rebellious and that they're escaping the matrix

Keto is useful for weight loss and metabolic regulation but if you lift or do sports you'll need carbs if you want to progress past newbie gainz
I lost my pudge and prediabetes with cycles of keto and psmf, then after almost 2 years I reintroduced carbs

Why do we have to enjoy meals with others, what benefit does it possibly bring? Is there literally any scientific evidence that shows eating meals with others is good for you?

Why are fish, chicken, and meat all in separate categories while grains, vegetables and fruits get lumped into one? What makes a steak so different from a fish fillet, but a slice of bread so similar to an orange or a head of lettuce?
