I'm tired of pretending mukimame isn't a top tier addition to noodles, rice, and salads.
>>21402401 (OP)you mean edamame or what normal people call green soy beans?
>>21402418>It's essentially the same immature soybean as edamame, but without the pod.so you mean green soy beans as i stated in the later of my last comment.
>>21402422which is faster to type out...
shelled green soybean or mukimame?
>>21402427yes anon, thats exactly why you chose to type mukimame instead of english.
dont be a weeb then act thick.
>>21402430You already said edamame. which is not english. mame = bean. muki = peeled. Edamane is wrong. When I buy it at the store its not called "green soybeans", its called edamame or mukimame.
Is it bad to eat the edamame shells? I swallowed two last night. I didn't know you aren't supposed to. A few coworkers invited me to join them for drinks and small plates at some hip Asian fusion bar and someone ordered edamame and I ate two chewy, thick pods whole until one coworker told me the shell was indigestible and showed me how to pop the beans out.
