Fresh catfish is delicious. Good job anon. My only criticism is it looks like your batter might be too thick and held too much oil. Even so, fresh caught cats are really tasty even if you mess up the cooking. Everyone who fishes or hunts or forages food has fucked up the cooking more than once. What was your recipe and cooking process, if you don't mind me asking?
