Chard right? I've never had it.
Arugula and bok choy are my favorite leafy greens. I like collard greens too.
Is "leafy greens" a faggy thing to say? I think it might be but idk what else to call them.

High oxalate food. Should be avoided entirely or only eaten occasionally.

I normally scoff at posts that say "x tastes like dirt", but chard actually tastes exactly like the dirt it grows in.

Like spinach, it tastes like the sea. It has a stronger and more complex flavor, though

I eat a lot of Shanghai choy/chingensai/green baby "bok" choy and I've got admit it's pretty bland. I do enjoy rocket from time to time, though it's rarely the focus green. I'll have it in a salad or sandwich.
I prefer basic bitch spinach, but the mature one. The stuff sold in American supermarkets is picked to early and is quite bland so I have to go to the Asians where it's 3× the price.

Too "earthy" for most people. I bought some around Easter and it will l was the first time the missus and our kid had any and neither liked it. Tasted like "cut grass smells" my son said. I've always eaten chard so I've always liked it but it absolutely is not better than spinach. You've probably only had the young spinach, anyway.

Forgot the pic. Baby, young and mature spinach, left to right. If you're not buying the one on the right, your spinach is too young and will be relatively tasteless in comparison.

I don't think I've ever had mature spinach, I'll have to try it.
