Unhealthiest normal meal? Not thing crazy but probably an extra large mixed meat kebab covered in sauces after heavy night drinking.

Unhealthy normal meal pasta with a ragu that I accidentally spilled half a salt bottle into and couldnโ€™t bring myself to discard. I drink a shit ton of water out to flush out the salt though.

Bubble waffles. Had a store that emitted this weird instagram aura in town and GF wanted to give it a try. They filled it with various ice creams, marshmallows, candy bars, chocolate sauce, strawberries, whipped cream, smarties and some weird glittery stuff. Felt sick after the first few bites and couldn't eat anything with added sugar for several weeks.
The shit was made to be posted on some e-thots social media and wasn't fit for human consumption.
I have to admit that they had at least managed to nail the looks.

i did something like that. i made a savory cheesecake where i added a load of romano cheese and then still added salt. i didn't want to waste it so i ate it and drank a lot of water but still felt like shit after.

You are correct. Bout the same nutritional content as a fried stick of butter, but with the added benefit of tasting like an old man's shoes. imho people only eat this shit as some form of poverty virtue signal. Basically chitlings for whites. Only reason I ate it was for a bet, plus I had been driving for 7+ hours on an empty stomach. Anyone who says hunger is the best spice should absolutely eat a fried brain sandwich.

Back in college almost every weekend I'd have an XL meat lovers pizza, 16 BBQ sauce wings, garlic dipping sauce, and 12+ beers while watching Toonami with /co/.
Outside of that I'm pretty good about eating somewhat healthy. No sodas or candy, no sugar other than an ice cream shake once every 2 or 3 months. If I added sugar on top of the massive amounts of alcohol I consume I'd be too fat to be considered human.

Before the fake pandemic
Ate a box (12?) of Taco Bell hard shell tacos, drank 10 beers
Then around 3 AM drove drunk to a local pizza place that was open until 4 AM, maybe 2 miles away. Drove back home and ate the whole pizza.
I just got lucky that I wasn't pulled over. Also, I guess I passed as "sober" to the pizza people so they didn't call the piggies on me. Never again...

I tried a few times buying 10 cheeseburgers from McDonalds and also Burger King and eating them in one go. Every time I did that I legit felt really really sick the next day. It's a kind of sick that can't be explained. Your stomach is upset and it feels like you're filled with chemicals. Your intestines burn like a chemical reaction not the same way as spicy food and it doesn't hurt per se. If cancer was a feeling that would be the best way to describe it. It's as if your body is trying to reject something. No other food has made me feel like that, not even if I gorge large amounts. I dunno why I've done this a few times in my life. I should've stopped after the first experience. Self-harm maybe?

Weight loss has nothing to do with health. You could lose even more weight if you started chemotherapy. Does that mean that chemo is good for you?

If a specific diet made you lose weight then that's a sign that it was bad for you, not the reverse. This is of course putting aside the fact that you can lose weight eating literally anything so long as you eat less calories than you need. As far as weight loss is concerned, eating 500 calories a day of sugar would be no different than eating 500 calories a day of lard.

This comment contains a common misconception. There's absolutely no evidence that eating a lot of sugar in and of itself will give you diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is a disease of obesity. It isn't caused by sugar except in the indirect sense that sugar is caloric.

The unhealthiest thing I've ever eaten was a kilo of bacon that had been sitting in the fridge for 6 weeks.
I was housesitting for my dad and I bought the bacon as I was moving in then I realized he had the shittiest frying pan known to mankind so I didn't touch it the whole time I was there.
I remembered it was in the fridge the night before I had to leave so I decided to eat it all in one go and I thought I was going to have a heart attack afterward.
The shit I took the next day smelled like a welder working on a copper sewerage line.

you are confused. fat gives you a leaky gut.
starches spike blood sugar, but that is actually good because it is a satiety signal to stop eating.
overeating occurs when lots of fat is eaten with a meal, because fat prevents the blood sugar spike, and fat is calorie dense.

>some shitty third tier city in pennsylvania
>only place open is a chinese food spot
>order general tso's
>mushy batter
>almost no chicken
>single dehydrated broccoli
>sauce is mostly reused oil and tons of soy sauce
ate all of it out of sheer stress induced hunger, couldn't sleep, felt like shit all day while driving for 8 hours

general tso's is super unhealthy, same with orange chicken, i avoid it at all costs now

No-churn icecream, it was basically condensed milk, 30% fat cream, sugar and hazelnut cream (i. e. sugar and fat). It was heavenly, but like 3000 calories.

overeating at a rodizio or at an all you can eat Korean BBQ. Meat, meat and more meat all cooked in butter or fat. Last time my family went out for someones birthday, spent way too much and ate until we were all almost sick. Here's the resturant if anyone wants to duplicate the experience.

About 3000 calories worth of corned beef hash poutine

Easily the least healthy thing I've ever eaten outside of maybe some "milkshakes"

I ate a Spicy Italian at a Subway in Lumberton, North Carolina and it gave me a explosive diarrhea. I don't regret it because it taught me a valuable life lesson.

I've lost 120. I don't get the hate and resistance to it, especially from thin people. It's like they don't want us to have a tasty path to success. We MUST starve ourselves and be unsatisfied with fewer carbs, but we gotta keep eating them. Because it's "normal".
Something about keto makes other people uncomfortable. I'll never understand why it bothers them.

Some of us enjoy living on the edge. If you wussies ever gained an extra year of life by avoiding some oil you're afraid of, or teflon, or microplastics, or mercury, I wouldn't want it.

But you're avoiding no danger. You're just a fucking fag. Fucking 'prions'? Really?

You stay in your safe little cave. The rest of us will totally die from these foods we're eating at legal restaurants. lol

I did this back in the late 90s when they were well under a dollar a burger. I know what you mean. They weren't so bad back then, but when I ate a fuckload of fast food about 5 years ago I totally felt that rejection, like I was just stuck digesting strange, foreign chemicals that didn't belong. I don't eat fast food anymore. It's super expensive AND bad for you. Really nothing going for it but convenience; and there's always something better within distance.

I tried to caramelize a deep fried pork cutlet using sweet soy sauce, let's just say I got a heavy hand with the sauce. In the end I had to stop eating it because I could feel my body getting increasingly worse due to the amount of salt I was ingesting. Also, the worst shits of my life

I truly believe American food is literally posion. I visited the States last year and the first meal I made (basic chicken, brocoli, rice) I felt immediately sick. After the nausea went away I went to get a panda express and felt the nausea again. Drank one can of Pepsi - had the worst heartburn of my life and felt like my heart was going to explode.

I had to spend an arm and a leg on organic farmers market food the whole time I was there just to not feel like shit.

Had two mcdoubles a few months back after not having ate fast food in years and it was like eating pure salt. Not sure how people eat it on the regular without swelling up from the water retention.

I used to have large portions of things, eat a lot of fast food, and eat snacks that were a little too big or snack too often. Not turbo unhealthy but like college student level unhealthy. I was always at 160 so I thought I was fine but then my doctor said my cholesterol was elevated (126) so I've been trying to correct that.
