1/2 to 1 banana is all I could do daily. They spike the blood sugar, you see, but are very satisfying, but I can go all-in on:
apples, watermelon, cucumbers, bell peppers, winter and summer pumpkin/squashes. I buy the largest bags of halos tangerines.

Oats. Or at least you can try to eat as much oatmeal as you want.
Alternatively, bacon, raw. That stuff is so delicious. It's like eating uncooked pork jerky. As a bonus, you'll never need to worry about certain members of certain religions stealing your pork and eating it.

Any Weight Watchers zero point foods. The system is not great, but eating eggs, vegetables, legumes, and oats is solid.

eat a lb of carrots a day and it's pretty good. Used to eat lettuce and celery a lot too. Beets are probably good.

We eat several pounds of carrot each month but not so much as a pound in a single day. Although I do, personally, eat about two pounds of general produce daily. Yesterday, that was a half pound each of grapes, radish and red cabbage and a quarter pound each of carrot and spinach. And that doesn't include the juice boxes my kid and I each had after picking him up from the pool and walking home.
