Recently I've been making lahmacuns. You are all dumb fucking retards with 0 knowledge of outside world so I'll explain: IT'S LIKE A PIZZA BUT DIFFERENT
The difference is it's really really thin AND you can cook it in a dry pan. You basically make dough, let it rise, roll a ball out ON PARCHMENT REALLY THIN then put THE PARCHMENT WITH THE DOUGH on a dry hot pan.
After a short while bottom of the dough gets baked and you just flip it and pull the parchment off and nothing sticks or burns and you get a piping hot leavened flatbread without any hassle with the oven or anything AND YOU CAN MAKE WET DOUGH AND IT WILL STICK TO THE PARCHMENT BUT IT DOESNT MATTER BECAUSE ONCE THE BOTTOM IS COOKED IT UNSTICKS
Now the basic topping for this is mince and sauce and vegetables but I've been cooking a bunch of those every day for a week now and I'm bored of that. I need TOPPING IDEAS that are NOT FATTY because I DO NOT LIKE FATTY TOPPINGS and I EXPECT YOU PROVIDE ME WITH IDEAS in exchange for THE PARCHMENT PROTIP
