I am. Way too much butter, cream and red meat.

I am. I am not overweight and am pretty fit (I think?) but I drink like 30 standard boozoholic beverages per weekend, eat lots of oily buttery creamy shit, usually when hungover I'm wont to eat junk food like donuts and milkshakes, and don't eat nearly enough veggiebles. Lots of fatty ground beef, creamy casseroles and bakes, and am a fucking whore for sausages and cured delly meats.

I don't drink during the week and eat pretty healthy Sun-Thurs/Fri, but I definitely am not eating health food. In fact, I have a salad a month and when I do have veggies I saute them in oil or something.

I haven't had bloodwork done in like twenty years.

it's both and either. usually at the end of the workweek I get a bottle of wine and a six pack of beer on the way home and setup shop on the couch and spend the next few hours swilling it all back. usually alone but socializing online. I live close to work but not close to friends so when I'm tired on friday it's a write-off and just crawl home.

On a particularly egregious night I'll drink the bottle and all 6 beers, but usually the wine and 2-3 beers. I might do it all over again on saturday too.

A bottle of wine is 7-8 standard drinks, and the 6 pack would be about the same. So that could be 16 standard drinks in a night. My absolute worst weekend would be three nights in a row.

Sometimes I'm out the pub with friends and we usually get pretty drunk. I might even have a tumbler of bourbon when I get home

Drinking shots at a restaurant eating is weird, besides maybe a digestive liquor after a meal, but thats usually a clear liquor or sometimes some kind of herbal liquor.

It depends.

I'm poor right now, so I can't eat as much as I'd like. I do eat a fair bit of red meat (bacon on sale), bread with butter, veggies sauteed in butter or bacon fat, etc.

But I don't drink alcohol, soda or sugary beverages. I don't eat snack foods or junk food very often, and have recently gotten into making my own bread as my regular source of bread. So, at worst, half and half.
