I don't drink it but I eat a big bowl of cereal and milk every day BAYBEE. Extra fat milk and extra sugar cereal. It's healthy and part of a balanced diet.

For me its Kefir.
Apparently you can turn milk into kefir without kefir grains.
Innoculate the milk with a little store bought kefir.
Let it sit out for a day or so.
Basically supercharge milk with superbacteria.
Cheap homemade kefir.
Kefir-Milk hack.

They rip away baby cows from their moms in order to get all that milk so that manbabies like you can drink it.
Just buy what you need for an actual recipe or cheese but no need to overcomsume at the expense of other species.

Drink water like a normal being.

>no need to overcomsume at the expense of other species.
Why?
I have no incentive to not overconsume when I have to option of doing so. The only reason I don't overconsume sometimes is because I don't have enough money to do so. There is no moral imperative here.

>"Le problem is the dairy."
No, the problem is the overprocessing, the rest this guy complains about it climate bullshit that no one else believes if they actually did their research. Even if America AND Europe was to give up all dairy products on top of all the other climate initiatives, it still wouldn't be enough to stop global warming. This guy is basically arguing for the European stance, regulate yourselves to the point where no one globally takes you seriously then complain constantly that you are being outcompeted and fucked over economically.
