What food do you guys usually get at the Kinoplex?

thai food or mcdonalds stuffed into my backpack and they are nice about it
the day movie theatres start searching/not allowing backpacks like a fucking fascist museum or airport - is the day i stop watching films
make sure to bring ur own metal fork in a ziploc baggie - and an apple and choccy for dessert

The eight screen movie theater in our town shutdown during covid and never reopened. They sold it off to Indians who now have Bollywood crap on most of the screens, with just one or two screens for Hollywood movies (and those are usually already available on streaming).
It does make me wonder what they sell at their concession stand. Is it the same thing as your pic? Bowls of curry? Some kind of candy from India?

Whatever I can fit in my pockets and my wife's purse nigga. I'm not paying $25 for a soft pretzel.

It's worth it if the movie is actually good. The problem is Hollywood gave up on controversial ideas or telling human stories and just relies on rebooting the same ideas and same actors over and over and forced diversity - it's like they want to kill off their own industry.

my kinoplex only has normal popcorn, those choc top icecream things and all the usual chocolates and lollies. I usually get popcorn and water. i like popcorn. sometimes i go just for the popcorn.

My theater just says no drinks, we've walked in with whole pizzas, craze cases, you name it. We buy a drink out of respect, it's an older theater. They only serve hotdogs, popcorn and candy for food.

I have a medical condition and drink over a gallon of water throughout the course of an average movie - I bring my own ice water and if they were annoying about that - I would stop going. If I had a lot of money sure I might buy food - but I'm poor and just like films. It's too bad they are too scared to do anything risky and it is killing them.
Why people are weird about me bringing water into places, I will never fully grasp.

I eat healthy so I usually don't allow myself what they sell. Sometimes I'll have a small popcorn if I'm cheating. If I get anything it's usually just a diet soda.
