Wagyu for ground beef is dumb. The entire point is the marbling. With ground beef, you can add as much fat as you want, you don't need to worry about the marbling. Best served in thin slices grilled over those japanese coal grills, or in pieces like filet mignon. If you wanna be a dumbass with it without completely ruining it, make philly steak with it.
