Healthy meal ideas
Fat retarded picky jackass here.
Got diagnosed with fatty liver, so I'm not allowed to eat anything objectively tasty again.
Seeking recommendations for palatable meal ideas that are relatively balanced and low carb.
I guess my favourite veggies are carrots, celery, peppers, and onions. I enjoy spicy food as well.
I hate myself and should probably just end it, but let's give this a swing. Thanks for your time and suggestions

There's a new brand of cookies with a mongoloid mascot. Just thought you should know.
As for what to eat, make pork and pickle curry. It's got, like, 2lbs of onion and no other vegetables (except for a few tablespoons of shredded mango pickle).

huh?
nigga you should be avoiding fat and sugar not carbs (i know sugar is a carb)

make vegan shakshuka (shakshuka without eggs); throw in tofu, chick peas, or whatever legumes of your choice instead of eggs
it's super easy and versatile
>sautee some vegetables
>pour in a can of tomatoes
>add whatever you want and simmer
you can add basically anything to it and it's mega healthy; it's also often spicy

losing weight will usually fix most of those issues so it won't be forever as long as you actually do it

you're welcome
here is another easy and healthy idea
>crumble mushrooms into a dish
>sautee some onions
>add garlic and whatever spices and herbs you feel like
>throw in the mushrooms and a tin of tomatoes
>add some red wine
>get it boiling
>leave it to simmer
>when you're happy with how much it has reduced it's ready
less versatile than shakshuka but pretty similar and mushrooms are slept on
