You just suck at cooking and/or use low quality ingredients. Some of the best pasta but needs to be cooked correct.

I love grains!!! Couscous, oats, quinoa, millet all yumyum in my tummy!! I wouldnt use them as a pasta substitute though.

That miserable dry slop is at the rock bottom of all pastas and grains, taking in account nutrition, texture, and taste. Pearl couscous is a little fun to eat.
