Let's discuss how you'd make a perfect "burger sauce". Most people seem to think a tomato, savory/smokey or tangier salad dressing type sauce is ideal. I personally, prefer a mayo base, so I'll do mine
>sauce 1
>mayo, a1 steak sauce, mixed with a blend of herbs and seasonings
>sauce 2
>mayo, spicy ketchup, dill relish
mustards

I made burger sauce yesterday. I'll share my recipe, but I don't really measure stuff when I cook
>2 tbs mayo
>1 tbs ketchup
>1 tbs mustard
>1 tbs vinegar based red hot sauce
>1 tbs kimchi, processed into paste
>1 tsp sweet relish, processed into paste
>5-10 chile de arbol to taste, finely processed
>half red onyo, processed into semi-paste
>2 tsp black pepper
>1 tsp granulated garlic powder
>0.5 tsp smoked paprika
>1 tbsp love
>>21429404Not him, but a good grainy or dijon mustard is tops. A little ketchup, onion and dill pickle completes it. I find mayonnaise pretty disgusting outside of some specific uses and never like it on a burger though.
>consuming lettuce in any way, shape, or form

WTF is "Big Boy Sauce"?
If you eat all your din din then you get to play legos?
>>21429620I don't care enough to pick it off any sandwich that comes with it already, but I will always request that it be removed or replaced with onions/pickles every time I get the chance. It's literally just filler "food", if you wanted actual flavor then there are a million better leaves to choose from
I typically est my burgers with mustard and just a little bit of mayonnaise but if I were making a "burger sauce" I'd typically mix mayo, mustard, either hot sauce or sriracha, and relish together for it.
>>21429302 (OP)2 parts mayonnaise
1 part ketchup
some generous splashes of worcestershire sauce
garlic powder
sprinkle of msg
sprinkle of salt
a lot of black pepper
Let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours.
>>21429796Also, mix incredibly well. I mean mix until you think you've done too much and then mix it a ton more. A lot of mayonnaise clumps can remain in the sauce. I recommend making this in a see through container so you can inspect every part of it and look out for mayonnaise clumps.

>burger sauce
god I hate zoomers
>>21429668Other leaves don't give as much texture as when you shred the lettuce. If you're just talking whole leaves on there then yeah that shit's retarded and lazy for places to not put in the work doing what needs to be done.
>>21430712Burger sauce predates your generation, zoomzoom. You're trying too hard to fit in.
>>21430715sad that you know and have experienced this
>>21430718If you've been posting on this website for more than a week you'd have experienced this. Zoomers get a shitton of flak here and some adapt by joining in when it's obvious they're being coy about being part of the generation they're shitting on.
>>21429302 (OP)i make a sweet onion sauce kind of similar to ny style hot dog onion sauce.
finely sliced sweet onions, sweat them down in butter for a good bit. add a little bit of ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce. apple cider vinegar, and bbq seasoning. water to mix and then simmer until desired thickness.
>>21429302 (OP)The perfect burger sauce already exists though, it's called Remoulade.
