the proper answer is wash your shit every single time before it bakes in deeper. you don't scour it off, that just fucks up your pans

A brush or a dish sponge and some gritty citrus cleaner is also good enough. Another option is to heat it to 250-300C first, to pyrolyze the fat into carbon deposits.

It also depends on getting hydrogen peroxide is annoying in your region or not. I've lived in areas where it was shipping order only for the drug stores, and ONE store carried it in the form of diluted toilet cleaner. But if you can order it off amazon, its fucking whatever

>Spend your life carefully avoiding mercury and microplastics and teflon and seed oils
I intend to, as none of the things you listed are difficult to avoid. Diseases and cancers don't just happen randomly. It's not like you roll the dice every morning and maybe you get Alzheimer's and maybe you don't. You don't get cancer just because you were unlucky. These things happen for specific reasons, because of specific things taking place inside your body.

If you know that certain things cause disease and cancer, why wouldn't you take steps to avoid them? If you're going to give me some sad cope like
>It doesn't matter, you can't avoid everything that's bad for you, there's no point in trying
then you need to realize that you have allowed your spirit to be crushed by propaganda.

Yes, and this is a regular, daily occurrence. If you body is functioning properly, it will identify and dispose of those cancerous cells before they can cause any problems. It's only when something has happened to disrupt your body's normal maintenance functions that these cancerous cells are able to grow and proliferate.

If you think that whether or not you get cancer is a roll of the dice then you have fallen for propaganda, simple as.

>Anyone who gets alzheimers from aluminum foil is an endangered human species with the dna of a paper mache. Only the strong will surviuve.
That's cute. I'm sure that sort of sentiment makes you feel like a big strong man when you're a healthy guy in your 20s but the thing about degenerative diseases like Alzheimer's is that they don't affect you when you're young and healthy; they affect you when you're in your 60s and have spent the last 40 years steadily accumulating aluminum in your brain.

This is a simple, straightforward process that has nothing to do with your "dna". If we feed you aluminum every day then you're going to develop Alzheimer's regardless of how superior you imagine yourself to be. No amount of "dna" will prevent you from developing diseases that result from exposure to toxic metals.

I'm in my 40s and I've known lots of guys like you in my life who did endless stupid shit when they were younger because they thought it would never affect them. Not surprisingly, all those guys who kept living that way are miserable wrecks now. If you want to be healthy as you get older then you need to start taking care of yourself when you're young. You can't just wait until you hit 40 and are obese with a ton of aches and pains and progressive lifestyle diseases to decide to have a midlife crisis and turn it all around. Take care of yourself now or you'll regret it later.
