My favorite is Togo's but there don't seem to be many left, the one in my town closed a few years ago. My hack there is to get italian dressing instead of the usual mayo and mustard. Jersey Mike's is pretty good too.

I tried them for the first time last week and it was incredibly good. went back the next day. the oil/vinegar/salt/oregano really does add a lot. compared to other sandwich chains it totally mogs them.
