you should be more worried about that plastic bag not getting recycled, being blown across the ground, shaving off into a fine powder, and that fine powder being carried by water into the ocean where your next seafood will eat it, and then you eat the entire bag, instead of just a few micrograms of leeched out softener.

70% of what you're getting from the shrimp would probably come from car tires, not plastic bags though, since that is the main contributor to microplastics in the ocean.
